Mission | Vision | Purpose
Mark Gerena, founder of Forthright 3E LLC, has worked in the Electrical Construction industry for over twenty years as a union electrician. He’s held various roles over that time including sub foreman and layout specialist, and has worked on some of the largest and most notable development projects in New York City. He is also certified as a Master Project Manager through the American Academy of Project Management. Since receiving this accreditation, he’s provided project management and business strategy consultation services for multiple solopreneurs.
Mark has also been a real estate investor since 2013. He’s managed a portfolio of properties that spans five states and seven cities. He was also a real estate salesperson from 2009-2011.
Lastly, Mark’s true passion is empowering blue collar workers to achieve financial freedom, while simultaneously reaching their fullest potential and becoming the greatest version of themselves. He has been a mentor to several apprentices through his Local Union program and has provided paid coaching to others outside of the organization.
